Chicken was not seasoned at all. Everything else was fine. Staff were friendly.
General Manager , Alma Burgess is rude to staff and customers. I heard her ask an employee "Are you stupid!?!" when employee made a simple mistake. Alma asked a customer that was in the corner on his laptop, "Whatcha doing? Watching porn?". Very unprofessional. Many good employees have either been run off by Alma or fired by Alma. And she breaks privacy laws by telling customers that employees were fired. She loses 2 to 3 employees a WEEK!! I, and many others, will not step foot in this restaurant again as long as she is running it. Why doesn't the corporate office do something about this terrible General Manager? Complaints have been made to corporate, but nothing gets done about them.
Kershaw store not as good as others, employee turn over is too high
A lot of the times I go through the drive through and they get my order wrong. Sometimes they get it right though. But it's better to go in and order. They be never gotten it wrong that way. The service is friendly and it's a great place to eat in.
