You don't need to be a power hitter to play this course. You can usually play a hybrid or fairway wood off most of the par 4s and still have a wedge or short iron to the green. But, accuracy is a must.
Greens are fast but fair, bunkers are well kept and usually fair also.
Great layout. Very enjoyable course to play. Staff and regulars were very courteous.
It's a fun little course and decent for the price.

Played this golf for 8 years. Since its under new management they now charge some rider fee for my kids just to ride around. My kids go with me to watch an learn. But since there is a very rude lady running this place I will not be going back to this very unfriendly golf course. There are several golf courses in surrounding area that don't charge for a kid to ride an learn about golf. Also course is in very bad shape. Grass way to high. Bunkers are full of water. Greens have bare spots. The older gentleman that ran this course was way better an awesome towards little kids.
Great course ! Short but challenging.
Some fairways are still half clay with rocks exposed, lot of thick brush off the fairways on the back 9, making a second shot impossible even if you barely miss the fairway. No one will hit every fairway, but if you miss on the back 9, tee up again, take your stroke and distance penalty, and hope you don't miss again.
You'll find the staff to be very helpful, most will chat you up and are friendly. Prices in the snack bar are reasonable, especially the drink prices.
