I made an appointment for a basic service, I get there 15 min before my appointment time. I don't drive a Chevrolet but the guy knew what I was driving . I had to go and ask about my car after the first hour only to be asked if I wanted a new air filter and wiper blades. I was not told they were waiting on oil filter. 40 mins later they decide to go and get the oil filter, so my total time for a basic oil service with an appointment was 2 hours.... very disappointed in the business. I guess the service manager was the one that offered me a drink after 1 hour and 40 mins of sitting there... and I did not get a discount either...
Needs more mechanics. Maybe one for the quick stuff and one for the petty stuff. Great staff.
